This Hogmanay, Genting Casino Fountain Park, Edinburgh’s biggest casino, will host its first ever Ceilidh Dinner and Dance.
Guests in attendance on the night will enjoy music from traditional Scottish Ceilidh band, Annasach, together with a four-course meal.
Annasach is a popular four-piece band, which has played at ceilidhs, parties, birthdays, folk festivals and weddings since 1990. The event will mark the band’s first performance at Genting Casino Fountain Park.
As well as entertainment from Annasach, guests will also be treated to music from a traditional Scottish piper at midnight, together with a complimentary glass of champagne to see in the New Year.
The evening will end with a disco, as Genting’s resident DJ delivers an array of music until 5am.
Pauline Macnamara, general manager at Genting Casino Fountain Park said: “We are Edinburgh’s biggest and liveliest casino and so we of course want to ensure that our customers are given the opportunity to see in the New Year in style. It’s going to be a great, traditional Scottish Hogmanay event, which we hope will attract many people.
“We have been looking to host an event on this scale for a number of years, so we are really looking forward to welcoming both our existing customers, together with plenty of new faces, on the night itself.”
Tickets to the event – which takes place on December 31st from 7:00pm - cost just £60, which includes a four-course meal, a glass of champagne and a traditional Scottish ceilidh. Those wishing to purchase tickets can do so by visiting Genting Casino Fountain Park or by calling 0131 228 4446.
